I noticed something recently, I always wake up 5:00 am on dot every day irrespective of any time I sleep the night before and it is really messing up my day because after some days I tend to fall sick due to stress. How do I correct this.

Nice to have a regular wake up time. Hence you can work around that and ensure that you sleep earlier so as to get the needed amount of sleep. You may also work on your bedtime routines and avoid triggers such as caffeinated/energy drinks at night, night time exercises & anxious thoughts.
